It's usually her atrocious fashion mistakes that put Courtney Love in the news, but this time the headlines have nothing to do with her attire. Love is no longer the legal guardian of her daughter with Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain. 17-year-old Frances Bean Cobain is now under the guardianship of her late father's mother, Wendy O'Connor, and sister, Kimberly Dawn Cobain. The guardianship includes Frances' finances, too. Frances inherited most of her late father's estate. Courtney Love and Kurt Cobain married in 1992.
