Finley Rae Martineau Baldwin was born in Los Angeles, weighing in at 7 lbs., 10 oz. Traditionally a boy’s name, Finley is derived from the Irish name Finlay, meaning “fair hero.” The name Rae can be traced to Scottish origins. (Joanne is British.) Finley joins sister Avis Ann, 18 months. Daniel has three more children -- Atticus, 13, Alexandra, 18, and Kahlea, 25 – from previous relationships. The proud parents met in a Malibu rehab facility where Joanne worked as a chef while Daniel was in recovery for an addiction. Not too crazy about him, but I do love his unique baby name choices! Finley is super cute -- as is Atticus.
