Cryer hinted about his new baby girl during his Best Supporting Actor acceptance speech at the Emmy Awards, and a week later the news was confirmed by the star’s publicist. The name Daisy is of Old English origin. The English name, which means “Day’s eye,” was made famous by the song A Bicycle Built for Two. Alternate spellings of this lovely name include Daisi, Daisey and Daizy. Cryer, 44, and Joyner, 42, were married in 2007. Cryer also has a son, Charlie, 9, with first wife Sarah Trigger.
