Minnie Driver celebrated the one-year anniversary of what she calls “the greatest love affair of my life.” Her son, Henry Story Driver, celebrated his first birthday on September 5th.

Henry is a solid little guy. Weighing nearly 10 pounds at birth, he pushed Driver through 25 hours of labor. But all that’s forgotten. “I want another one of them,” admits Driver. Family friend Ellen DeGeneres bestowed a special gift upon young Henry, a T-shirt which reads, “I may be BIG but my Mom is Minnie.”

A traditional name, Henry means “Rules his household.” The name is of English origin but has French and German roots as well.

The identity of Henry’s dad (who Driver says is “amazing and in his life) remains a mystery.
