Sebastian Thomas Hilfiger, son of world-renowned fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger, was born Tuesday, August 4^th, weighing in at a hefty 9 lbs., 8oz.  A rep annouces that the couple "couldn't be happier" with the new member of their family.

Tommy Hilfiger, 58, married Dee Ocleppo in December, 2008. Sebastian is their first child together, but they have another six between them. Hilfiger has four children with his first wife Susie: Ally, 24, Rich, 18, Elizabeth, 15, and Katherine, 13. Ocleppo has two sons from her first marriage to Italian tennis pro Gianni Ocleppo.

The name Sebastian is of Greek origin and means “revered,” and Thomas, also Greek, means “twin.”

Surely we can expect great things from Sebastian Thomas someday… a hot new line of men’s tennis wear perhaps?
