What can you do to replace your caffeine fixes and to drink small amounts?

First, pick your favorite time to drink these two cups. The rest of the time you can "cheat" and drink decaf. Second, be careful with sodas and colas. They contain caffeine almost as coffee does. You can change that with regular club soda blended with fruit juice or fruit syrup.

Do you get tired in the evening? Replace the caffeine fix with a sugar or carb supplement for instant energy (a bowl of cereal, rice treats or a banana do the trick every time). Take a walk around the block to stimulate your blood stream.

Caffeine hides in many places. Coffee naturally, Sodas such as Cola, Sprite or mountain due, orange flavored soft drinks and energy drinks Red Bull, Gatorade etc.).

Black tea contains around 40 mg's of caffeine (half of a coffee cup) and chocolate contains around that amount, and in some cases even more.

The main secret is to use caffeine in moderation. Giving it up completely after drinking five cups of coffee a day and eating a candy bar will make you jumpy and angry. Slowly phase caffeine products from your house and work environment and instead eat small meals containing other nutrients five-six times a day.

If you ever feeling groggy or suffer lack of vigor, why don't you think about your coming baby? That should stir up your energy, guaranteed!
