I cant eat fish? Does that mean no whiting, salmon, trout,crocker. I love fish, I cant give it up. Is it a good idea to refrain from meat altogether.

I found this on this very site: Some other foods are avocado, butter, olives and oily fish such as salmon, sardines and tuna. These fish contain fatty acids such as Omega 3, which is crucial for brain development. It can make your baby smarter!
So you don't have to give up your fish. However I did find that you should avoid raw fish (sushi) and shark, king fish, mackerel. weight gain??

The iron supplements can make you constipated. Be sure to drink lots of water and eat fruit to help
