The third month is all about getting accustomed to your status as an expecting mom.  by the end of the third month, most woman have passed the most difficult symptoms; morning sickness is easing off and you have more energy.

Month 3It is the last moth of the first trimester, and things are beginning to feel normal. The morning sickness and fatigue you have experienced in the first two months are beginning to subside. Most women don't "show" yet, but your stomach definitely feels bigger.  This may be time to upgrade to a maternity wardrobe.

So, what are your physical changes?

This month you finally feel your uterus above the pelvic bone.  In some cases you may feel abdominal discomfort. Some women experience breast changes as early as the third month, however the extent and timing varies from woman to woman.  Your breasts are starting to set the groundwork for milk production. Breasts may feel more tender. As your baby is growing rapidly, eat plenty of food with high quantities of protein.

Another issue to pay attention to is oral hygiene. Oral hygiene is most important during pregnancy and as your baby grows and hormone effects are stronger, you should be aware and take care of your teeth and gums. The first Milestone

The third month is the last of the first trimester.  The most critical part of your pregnancy is almost over, and the second trimester is about to begin.  Ofter known as the "Honeymoon period," most women enjoy the middle of their pregnancy the most.  The discomfort of the first few months has eased.  The growing life inside you is making itself more visible, and the thrill and excitement of pregnancy are growing each day.
