Lower Aspirations
The first couple of times you go out, don’t try to tackle errands and queues, those will wait till you are a pro.  It can be quite miserable to leave the post office with a hungry and upset baby.

As time goes by it will get much easier and you will barely remember the difficulties and worries you had.  If you keep calm and flexible and are aware of the need for preparation, there is no problem you won’t be able to tackle.  Your baby might fuss or even scream, but you should do your best to satisfy his needs and calm him, while taking any scenes and turning of heads with a laugh.

Plane Traveling Tips for New Parents
Traveling with a young baby (under 6 months) is actually quite easy.  At this stage your baby sleeps almost anywhere and requires no special food, only your breast or formula.  Use the tips given to make your trip easier and to take the edge off any worries you might have.

When to travelIn the first year of your baby’s life, his immune system grows stronger and stronger.  Some young moms are worried about the effect of cabin pressure on their baby, but the greatest worry concerning flights is another invisible element.  Until your baby is around a month old, doctors and midwifes would advise that you avoid crowded places, since many people mean more germs.  In the early stages of your baby’s life it’s better to avoid exposure to illnesses, until your baby's immune system is stronger.  A plane is considered a crowded place.  So even though your baby shouldn’t have any problem flying when it comes to the physical ability to endure the flight, you are better to fly with your baby after he or she is at least two months old.

After that, it's probably the ideal time to travel with your baby!  Many parents have gone to different places around the world and experienced a fun vacation with their little one.
