According to Will Bontrager, there are four steps to naming your baby with numerology:

Step 1: Decide the first letter of the first name, which has the strongest effect. Try picking more than one letter to have multiple options.

Step 2: Select the first vowel of the first name. When the first letter of the name is a consonant (which is often the case) the first vowel is also important. Again, select multiple letters to choose from.

Step 3: Make a list of possible names using your chosen consonants and vowels.

Step 4: Select the child's name.
