We are currently pregnant again but since one of friends named their daughter Keira we have decided against the name, well that and all our children are born blonde haired and blue eyed so it doesn't really fit. But if anyone is interested in a unique way of spelling it I had chosen the spelling Keyera so that it was still a unique name in it's own way. I really hope to see it spelled that way one day I love it.
