I heard of this soon after her birth, and groaned. The best baby name sites at the time did not reveal what was popular in other countries, so I missed, and later surprised to find out, that Chloe had been the most popular girls name in all other English speaking countries for about four years. But we are still happy with it. At the moment she was born, the nurse turned to us and said "One, eleven."(The time of birth).
