My daughter's name is Jayla..She was born March 5,1996...I made her name up. My sister and I grew up wanting to name our children similarly, and she wanted to name her daughter Kayla..Since I myself liked J names, and had a 2 year old named Jameika, I just changed the 1 letter(she was supposed to be a boy, and I was not prepared), but fell in love with the name. We are from a rather small town, and I meet some variation of the name Jayla, at least 1-2 times a month now since her birth. I am here searching for a unique name for my cousin who likes J names also, she has a 5yo son named Jyron. Anyone have any ideas on that one?
