When I was younger I didn't appreciate my name because I was the only one with a name like this. Most kids in my school had simple names like, chissy, katie, adam, or mike. But, as i grew older, I've grown to appreciate the power in my name & the amount of surprises I'm full of. Anyone with the name Latasha is someone who is loyal, loving, & likes to laugh!

I feel the same way as the previous writer. I love to laugh, loyal, loving, and very bold. I have always loved my name, because it made me different, and not a lot has changed since I was a child. I still am regarded as "different" and I have lived up to my name's expectations, and I find that men think it's sexy.

Id never been able to find out what my name means but now that I know it makes me feel like my parents didnt really expect me lol!!! But i love my name, i think its beautiful.. its my last name that i hate! Im african american but not from africa!
