My name is Amber June. I've never been a big fan of my name, though my mother likes it. I too, feel like the name has been twisted by the numerous strippers and white trash in the media and local clubs.
Though I do like the "Amber June". I've met many people named "Amber Lee"and "Amber Rose" and I've grown to appreciate my middle name for it's unique quality.

I used to think my name was so lame. When growing up ( my dad was in army) but when changing schools and moving around, I never meet another girl named amber. I thought it was neat to be the only one in school with that name. But when I moved to the place I am living now, i meet more girls with that name. I got my name from my grandmother (she is french) but my mom and dad said that I looked like a jewel when I came so they named me Amber Michelle. I think my name is the best name EVER...

wow my names Amber Lynn too. i always liked the middle name better than my first name, but i wouldn't want lynn as a first name. i grew up with a girl since kindergarten and i hated having the same name as her.
