I like this name very much, and not because of the Twilight Fad, and i have read the book, snd i really like the books. but i like the name because it sound Regal, and Masculine, and very king like and i thing it would be perfect for a little boys name and for an older person as well.

I love this name - it is a strong name yet fun at the same time if you were to shorten it to Eddie. I named my second son Edward (he will be 12months old next week). At the time, I did not know enough about the Twilight sagas to know that I was stealing the name from the lead character but I don't care - when people ask if I named him Edward because of Twilight I can honestly answer no!
