Is Jenna Lyn (yes with one N) I love my name, but it's a pain when people ask "is that short for Jennifer?"

im jenna elizabeth as well. as i was growing up i always thought jenna was a different name. In my adult years i have met quite a few jennas. the irony being they have all been jenna elizabeth, so i think its safe to say from my experience and this page that elizabeth is the most common middle name for jenna! But i have searched the internet and i have found so far that i am the 1 and only jenna micheau in the united states...how cool is that?!

I absolutely loved this name - My grandmother's middle name was Genvieve, and always admired it - and she was my favorite person in the whole world.

When I had my first daughter, we named her Jenna after my Grandmother.

Jenna also means "tiny bird" and she was such a tiny little girl - and still is to this day and she is 21. Her middle name is Michelle - and I loved calling her name Jenna Michelle. I believe she likes her name too!

She does not like to be called "Jen" either.

I also was called Gina and I hated it! I was thinking of the name Corinne for our baby girl that we are having but I am so afraid she will go through life with her name being mispronounced. Any ideas for different spellings? My middle name is Michelle also and I was called Jennabell and Jenga for nicknames.

I'm constantly asked if my name is Jennifer, it gets rather annoying. My name is Jenna. Jenna Elise to be exact! my good friend of mine constantly calls me Jennifer, It's not cool at ALL - but is kind of a little joke between us - but still not cool!

When I was little, people always asked me if I was named after Jenna Jamison. I was like NOOO! I was actually named after my mom's childhood friend JANNA! which is an equally cool name as Jenna!
