My name is Johnita and I have hated my name all of my life. I constantly get told that my parents wanted a boy, or that I was supposed to be a boy. My parents liked the name and unfortunately I have had to live with it. I am now known as Jo, and don't have to deal with rudeness from people regarding my name.
