I think Katie is a good name for anyone who wants their kid to be a pure honest person and maybe (if it's too popular) you could change it up a little bit.

my name is Katie but it doesn't meen i have to be honest all the time. I hate it when people put meanings on the website when most of them aren't true. You can never tell how honest or kind or pretty your childs going to be just by giving them a name!!!

my little sisters name is katie(katherine). it is sooo simple and everyone seems to luv it. im stuck with the name Kelsey. sometimes people mispronounce it or say it is weird. but i wouldnt trade my name for the world, even if people do favor my sister's name more.

I never considered having children unil recently, now we are trying. I'm already looking at potential names and the only girl name I like is Katie. Unfortunatly, I named my cat Katie a few years ago. If I have a girl, would it be wrong to name her after my cat?
