I'm French and the only time when I heard about this name is in the mouth of a famous French comic, Elie Semoun, who has one of his characters called like that in his one-man-shows. Until now, I had thought he had made this name up because of the fact that the name Kevin had been so popular in France that there are thousands and thousands everywhere (everyone knows at least one) and I thought then that it was a way for this comic to laugh about that, giving the name of Kevina to a quite stupid young girl. I'd like to know now if it is a famous name or not in English-speaking countries because I like that name and it's a change to have this feminine version. I would hesitate to give it to my daughter though, because of this stupidity linked to it!
