Aiden can be boy or girl I beleive.
I grew up with an Aiden that was a girl...and my mothers best friend named her boy Aiden as well.
Either way...I like it.

My father, born in 1909, was named "Aiden." Can't imagine where my grandmother, living nearly isolated in the backwoods, ever came up with it. So surprising that it's popular now. In honor of my Dad, my daughter named her little girl "Jaiden."

We are expecting our second son...we have a theme going on with the boys and their Initals,Dad is D.A.G,them the 3 year old is B.A.G.So we needed a third name with "A" we fell in love with Aiden the moment we heard it ...now we have our theme completed with Tristan Aiden....I hope he will love this as much as we do

If God ever blesses me with a baby boy, Aiden would be my first choice for a name. I first heard it on a soap opera, All My Children, and fell in love with it. I've never met anyone with the name Aiden, though.
