Well the reason that it is on this sight as a boys name is because it was originally a boys name and has converted to a unisex name. I personally like it more as a boys name but thats because my fathers name is Paige and so is my youngest sons. I really like the name and hope to see more boys name it in the future.

My real name is acctualy Jennifer Paige Donovan, but i go by my middle name, Paige. So if you cant think of a middle name for Paige just make Paige the middle name. Another middle name for paige is Nicole, Carson, and Claire.

I fell in love with the name Paige years ago from Knotts Landing and my adopted in-law's last name was Page, so that is what we decided to name our daughter. She is now 13 and only 1 of 3 in her middle school. If you are looking for a middle name, I think Elizabeth has a nice ring to it.

It might have started as a male name but now the only Paiges/ Pages are female. No doubt in my mind.
I doubt you are going to find boys named Paige. It would be a nightmare for the boy. He would write his own version of A Boy Named Sue.
