This is my name, and I was always so upset growing up that there was never any personalized toothbrushes or hair clips for me!! Anyways, I have grown to love it and find it interesteg that in this case the name is Gaelic instead of Sweedish.

I too hated that I could never find anything personalized growing up. But now, I embrace that I am different and unique. I was the only kyla in my school and now the only Kyla at my work. It's great!

My daughter's name is Kyla and she loves it. And I love it of course I named her!! I was actually my teachers name. But the name meaning that I have for Kyla is Hebrew meaning crowned in victory; beautiful.

I always thought I was the only one. In till the movie star Kyla Pratt came along. Growing up I hated my name because it was always so different and no one could ever get it right. But now at 23(people still don't get it right) but I love it I'm so proud my mother choose it for me it's such a beautiful name. I have a key chain in Hebrew that says my name means Beautiful Flower.

People call my Kyra if they hear me say my name. That makes me crazy and they can't seem to read it without saying Kayla.
