I read some comments earlier where they named their daughters emery spelt a few different ways but my fiance is name emery as well so i don't kno.

Really either works I guess. I have a 5 year old boy named Emery Oren. He loves his name very much and has proudly started up convos about it being unique and how I named him that. He loves that there isn't another Emery around that we've met.
