I know how you feel about the "Heidi-Ho" nickname. My name is Heidi and I was born in 1980. I really hated my name when I was growing up, because I could never find anything with my name on it. And I went through a lot of my school years being called "Heidi-Ho." To top it all off, my uncle had a Rottweiler named Heidi too. Go figure...
