Graceful and smooth, yet sharp on the ends. It is a beutiful name, but i would think twice before naming my child that. I would give my daughter a more knowledgable name. Yet, if you are seeking solely beauty, go ahead and name her this.

My name is Lorelie and I've always loved it. In the past few months, I've met four different little girls named Lorelei so it's becoming more and more popular. My original idea was to name my baby girl after me but since the "Gilmore Girls", I'm thinking we'll go in a different direction.

This is my daughters name, she is 3 years old and she is the only Lorellei in our area so far. I did change the spelling to make it a little more unique. But Her name is Lorellei Jade. I still love it, and i did hear it on gilmore girls but i liked it because it wasn't a very common name! And come to find out my daughter has the same attitude as Loreleai Gilmore, very independant and strong!

My daughter's name is Lorelai Serenity. It's such a beautiful and unique name. I love the fact that NO one else around us has the same name. Of course I did change the spelling to be more different, but either way is still pretty. I truly love this name!

LOVED the Gilmore Girls as a teen! Always knew I would name our first daughter that and we did! We have a now [at the time I'm writing this] a 5 year old Lorelai Renee. Everyone always compliments her name! I spelled it like on the Gilmore Girls show.
