I love this name and I definitely will name any of my future children this. Rayne is also nice, but Raine is pretttier I think. Would a kid be teased at school for having a name like this? And also do you think Raina is prettier? I need answers!

30 years ago I named my daughter Rebecca Rain. I have always loved rain and decided to use it as her middle name. Fortunately, she loves it. But I have never heard of anyone else with this name. I was glad to find this. : )

My daughters middle name is Rayne. I spelled it a little different but any way you spell it its a pretty name. Olivia Rayne sounded nice to me!

I'm a writer and when I was looking for names I came on here and found Raine. It's really beautiful but I used it as a middle name.
Purdy cool.

I like the name, but the fact I don't like the name seems to pose a contradiction. :/ I'm rather attracted to the name RaineY, and I use it for a character of mine (a boy), but to be honest, when I think about it, it's not exactly that pleasant a name. Raine, Rainey... I love rain, mind you, but a name... seems weird... However, my mind's opinion is overruled and I love the name. *shrugs* I don't exactly get it either.

my name is flora lorraine marie however i grew up with family and friends calling me by the name raine.i am now 43 years old and still i introduce myself as raine in informal situations except { legal documents }.I have at times had people look at me like i am crazy or weird and make rude comments but i smile and express how much i like my name and enjoy having a name /nic name that is unique. i truly love the name and know any little girl and woman as she grows up will love the name .
