Zeph-Er possibly. or perhaps Zeph-yer. I believe the first part would be pronounced Zeff. But honestly, I think you could go with the phonic of your choice and it wouldn't matter. Since it's greek I can tell you that the ph was pronounced ff and in Koin greek (there are many different variations of greek) it was one letter. I love the name too, but I don't think my wife will like it. Happy baby name hunting.

It's probably pronounced (ZEPH-er), but I think you could pronounce it--or spell it--however you want. That's the beauty of exotic names.

My husband liked the word/name he had it on a magic card and derived the name Zephyna for our daughter. Sure some people get it wrong but she is 8 now and absolutely loves her name. Her older brother calls her Phyna for short. I nicknamed her Phynetees, some times phynie beenie.
