Even if Eden was used for a boy's name it just sounds like a girl's name. I named my daughter Eden 20 years ago. I got it off a soap called Santa Barbara, Marcy Walker played the girl character name Eden. I can only see it as girls name.

I think the name Eden is for either sex but when people try to say it sounds more like a girl name no it doesn't because if you say the name eden in spanish it's a boys name. And yes I do have a son named Eden. I choose that name because the definition was paradise wich he was to me.
