It is my name and I love it but,this is not the full meaning of Miriam. In biblical times she was also a praiser and gave glory to God in the highest.

My grandmother wanted to call me Debbie Maree, thank goodness my mum didn't listen to her. I love my name and people are always telling me it's lovely. I also think your name has a lot to do with the sort of person you are , I think I would have been a completely different person had my mother took grannies advice. Thanks Mum.x

appart from that Miriam show ( the most irritating show ever) I've all ways loved my name. My parents all decided to give my sisters and I names from the bible and I have never regretted it. There are loads of variations

I can't say I have always loved my name, yet there isn't much of a choice. My only issue is the fact that many people can not spell it. It is in the Bible!

I absolutely LOVE this name! It's a strong, feminine name with lots of class! I'm 99.9% sure I'm gonna use it (depends on the future dad too I guess :P)
