ya well my mom named me samantha jo turner and people call me sammie jo....i used to hate my name as a kid but i go by sammie jo now so if someone tellsyou its a dumb name ignore them

Hi my name is Samantha-Louise / Sammy-Lou / Sam,

Not too sure why people hate this name! If it bothers you that much then change it!

Both my first names a great and I personally do not this that there is another name for me!

And more surprisingly most Sam's that I have met, were all kinda alike in one way or another!

Anyway I love it!
Also unlike some names, it changes with the person from all ages to all feels!
i.e. when I was little everyone called me Sammy or Sammy-Lou.
Now Im older I like Sam.

My name is Sammantha. My mother spelled it with 2 m's to make my life difficult, at least I thought. I like my name, although I hear that my name combination is quite common however with the more popular spelling of "Erin" (the way most girls spell thier names). My mom named me Samantha because my daddy always wanted a little girl with my name. She chose Arron because she liked how it all flowed and she liked the spelling. Now as a child I hated my name because I was a tomboy and the boys would always make fun of me saying "Sam's a boys name!"
