My name is Brenna and it is a name you don't hear very often. People mispronounce it ALL the time!!!!! I love it. Great site.
Love it, but it's mispronounced way too often!

I named one of my twin daughters Brenna because I have always loved that name. It's unique but not to where it's a really odd name. Unfortunately every time we have been to the pediatrician they call her Brianne or Brianna. It has happened dozens of times thus far and she is only 6months old. It drives me nuts that people can't pronounce the name Brenna!
Mispronunciation, means originality!

I am 16 years old, and I can remember since I was little being called Breanne, Brianna, and Brenda. I used to wish that I had a common name, but as I have grown older I really appreciate my name, it is so unique, and it makes me feel like I am the only Brenna in the world (although I am not). I really like my name!

I am Brynna with a Y, and my name gets mispronounced at least once a day....but I love my name! I have a twin sister named Blair, which isn't really common as well! I think unique names get you recognized and people remember you better when you don't have a common name.
Me too

I'm a Brenna as well, but I did a bunch of research on the name and it's actually not a variant of Brenda....Brenna and Brennan are of course related- but Brennan is actually the variant of Brenna, not the other way around.
My daughter is Brenna

One of my daughters is named Brenna Kaelynn. She is 10 and loves her name, but we both get frustrated when someone (daily!) mispronounces it! She will do the same to theirs on purpose - they remember hers the next time! :) I am expecting another child Summer '09 and am searching for another unique name!
