I don't mind my name and am glad my parents settled on this spelling. My only complaints are that you can never find personalized items spelled this way, and the abbreviation for Chris is boring. My family and friends used to call me Cric or Cricket, as a nickname instead. I've spent my entire life having to tell people how to spell my name, and now I just say, "It's like the cookies." Not a bad name, not a great one, either.
