My little girl
written by Denise, October 08, 2007
I have a two month old named Ciara and no one liked it at first. After two months they are getting use to it. She is an amazing little girl. The only thing is we have a hard time with nicknames. Ara or Cee I just did not care for them so we just say Ciara. SEA-ARE-AH that is how we say it. We have not met another one yet.

My name is ciara, too, but it is pronounced the real gaelic way since my moms from ireland, just some suggestions for nicknames, people have called me continuously during my life either kiwi or kiki (also kiks?ew). Also I know a girl named Ara and i think its quite pretty. Just a warning, people might connect her name with the pop star, since thats how she spells and pronounces it..Its actually nice to get called by my full name, though so I would say don't worry about the nickname, when the time comes her friends will probably come up with something good.
