Wow that must flow really well cause my name is also Meghan Elizabeth. Weird. I love my name haha I think it is funny how long it is. I think it is a very pretty name though and I absolutly love having the "H" in there because it's different just like I am. Plus my mom named me after Meg in Little Women so I know there is a history behind it. Plus I love Irish things and have a small portion in me. Wish I was full.

Correcting everyone throughout school would get annoying, but its unique and sometimes people couldnt pronounce it correctly. I didn't realize how many Meghan Elizabeth's there are.. I am one also!

Although Meghan Elizabeth is a rather beautiful name, My name is Meghan Kathleen. My Mom wanted me to have a nice Irish girl's name and that's what she gave me! Of course in 1979 Meghan wasn't NEAR as common as it is now. When I was growing up, I was often the ONLY Meghan within the whole school. Now it's as common as Brittany or Kelly! It's very strange. But a fabulous name, indeed!

I have to agree I love my (our!!) name as well. It looks so much more beautiful on paper then just the common spelling. The only problem is its annoying when people prounouce it MegHAN---Silent H people!
I Love my name with an "H"

My mom loved the name Meghan because of the loops the g and h make. But I too had a problem during school with the teachers misspelling my name.
ahh same here!!

I also love having such a different and unique name. It did drive me crazy through school when teachers would pronounce it wrong. Either MegHan "h" being silent, but stupid teacher did not gather that... or Meeghan there is no "me" its just "meg" but yeah lol it definitely suits my personality. and I am also Meghan Kathleen :)
Meghan too! I couldnt live without the "H"

I truley believe meghan is the perfect name. There are two megans in sixth grade, but only one meghan! that would be me. hahaha i think meghan suites me well, because it means pearl, and its a very uniqe name, like me. people make fun of me, but the funny thing is,their name is adias, which is very odd.

Meghan Marie, I've found, is also a common combination. I also think that having the 'h' in my name makes it prettier on paper than just plain Megan, although it does get annoying after a while correcting people all the time. Just imagine if we spelled it even more different, like Meaghanne or something like that. LOL.
