Beautiful name. I have a friend who named her daughter Peyton Gianna. I had never heard the name before but fell in love with it when I heard it. If God is gracious enough to bless me with two daughters, the second will be Gianna (the first is going to be Isabella Elaine. Two Italian girls for their Italian daddy!)

I love the name Gianna. I fell in love with it the second i heard it. I don't know what I am having yet but if the baby's a girl, Gianna is definitaly going to be her name =)
