We love it as well; in fact, just named our son Rocco. Although it's relatively rare now, I think that it will continue to grow in popularity and be more popular than ever. I also don't think that it carries the same ultra-macho connotation that it used to.

I named my son Rocco. He was a very small preemie and the nurses used to tell me I picked a strong name for a tiny boy, that he may not live up to it. Well he is 1 now and has proved all the doctors and the nurses WRONG. He is a miracle. He fits that name perfectly. He ia a strong and handsome boy. I love it and he will live up to his name perfectly. It may not be very popular right now but that does not bother me at all. I like that he will be somewhat unique.
