I am so glad I ran accross this spelling. We want to name our daughter Zoe Isabelle, but with a last name that starts with a T it would make her intials ZIT. Now we can have the name just spelled slightly different!

My name is ysabel, & so far I have not met or know anyone who knows an ysabel spelt this way. It's very unique and really lovely when people comment on how beautiful it is. My friends call me ysi, ys, ysabella, yspop ectt...
I also don't know anyone who spells "izzy" like "ysi" so that is also rather unique. The only downside is when teachers pronounce your name wrong in class. For example "yasabel" & it now I still have people call me that, even though I don't like it, but overall I feel quite blessed to have such a unique name (: hope that helps x
