My name is Kami and it has served me very well. It is different, but not unheard of. I loved having a unique name growing up, not being one of many Jennifers, or Meagans. People will spell it wrong all the time though, so beware of that, everyone thinks it is Cammy.

yeah everyone spells it cammy. i hate it but its ok. i have never met anyone with the same name, but have seen it spelled differently. i love my name because no one else has it around here and they usually dont forget it.
