Liza with a Z problems
written by Xeresa, February 18, 2008
My grandmother and aunt were both named Elisa, but Americans can never pronounce it correctly!. It is Eh-lee-sah, but they are always called Elisha, Eliza, Alicia,Aleshia, ect.

It is a simple and beautiful name, but it does give some problems to non-spanish speakers.
