my 2nd born son is named Dylan Jeramie-Dakota, I had loved the name Dylan but kind of wish I would have went with my 2nd choice of Caleb because the movie charlies angels came out the year he was born and everybody was naming their girls Dylan than.

I named my son Dylan Nicholas, in 2001. Wow he's gonna be 7 in March. I had always loved that name for a boy and fits him great. I also love the way it is spelled way better than any other way. We named our daughter after Bob Dylan, who was actually Robert Zimmerman before he renamed himself Bob Dylan after Dylan Thomas, and we hope she grows to love her name and her namesake as much as we do.

My son is 25% Welsh and 75% Malaysian. I had difficulty looking for a name which represents him as a Welsh and Muslim Malaysian. Finally, Dylan was the best choice as it carries a good meaning both in English and Arabic! My husband and I named him Dylan Owen.
