About Myself: Heyya. Im Summer and I live in the Uk lol. Im 16 and have 2 daughters. Lily Honour was born on the 29th August 2008 at 9:34 pm. She's nearly a year old now but she was sadly taken away from us on the 17th October 2008. She died peacefully in her sleep from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. I miss her so much. Me and my childrens father are no longer together. My 2nd baby girl is Calla Emerald Jayde. She was born on the 12th August. She weighed 5 pound 7 ounces. xx
