CariannDS Hey, you vent as much as you need to; that's what we are here for.

I think slowing down is a good idea. Sounds like you have your handsfull, but do your best. Good luck.
silversky32 Thank you for the advice, but I drink a ton of water. When I was pregnant with my first child a pregnant friend had severe dehydration and almost lost her baby. That experience really made me pay attention to my fluid intake, especially in warm weather. I'm extremely busy between my kids, work and our social lives. I guess i just need to slow down. I think I just needed to express my concerns because I tend to try and be really upbeat with the people around me, and i know my hubby is really freaked out, especially since this is his first baby. I'm just a little emotional, and overwhelmed by everything. Thank you for taking the time to make a suggestion, I really appreciate it.
CariannDS How much water are you drinking? Try doubling it. Premature contractions can often be remedied by increasing your water intake. Hope this helps.
silversky32 I went to the Doc yesterday for my check up and the baby is doing well. However, I have been having Braxton Hicks for about 2 months now, and in the last 2 weeks the contractions have gotten a little scary. It's my 4th child so I know what contractions feel like and over the last few weeks I have been having what feels like real ones. Sunday I had 15 in an hour and yesterday I had about 36 in 2 hours. They started at the Doc's office and he checked me. I'm not dilated at this point, but I'm really getting worried about it. He mentioned taking me off work if they continue, and bed rest if I dilate at all. This is just all so weird to me because my other children were all over due or induced on my due date and I had no early contractions. Even though it's number 4 I'm in a totally new situation and really worried, any advice?
