Blake Ryan is a boy's name to me, but if you want to use it for a girl I wouldn't suggest changing the spelling because most people are going to spell it that way anyway.

Other names you might consider that are similar:

Blaise, Blaine are both more commonly male names but I think they are less 'masculine' sounding than Blake
Blair, Blayre are girl's names

Rhiannon, Rachel, Ailey are a couple of suggestions for middle names

It's just okay for me...a little too masculine to me...even though you are switching up the spelling...it's still masculine...

If you like Blake, I would suggest Blakeley/Blakeleigh...a lot more girl to me...there is also Blakesley...

I like Blakeleigh Rian.
