Ok, My husband and I have 4 daughters (all of them are my step children except for the youngest, she is mine) and we really really want a boy and we are gonna start trying when my daughter turns a yr. old or right before her first birthday (I have always wanted my kids close in age) but anyway we are hoping to have a boy next time and our issue if we do have a boy he wants to name him after himself which is understandable to name you first born son JR. but my husbands name is Jason and i love that name but it is too popular and there are 3 other ppl just in my family named Jason. I dont mind it as a middle name if we have a boy but I do not want that to be his first name and I dont want to break my husbands heart cause it would mean the world to him if we have a boy and he could name him Jason JR.



What should I do???

well talk to him first about using his name (Jason) as a middle but make sure that you already have ideas in mind when you talk to him because he's a man and he might get upset. but some ideas are....

Benjamin Jason (for the first two, i wouldn't call him B.J, just in case you are around immature people)

Brayden Jason

Cameron Jason (you can call him C.J)

Logan Jason

Jeremiah Jason (you can call him J.J)

Give him a middle name that starts with a J or a D and call him JR or JD.

Or you could name him Jason Jr and call him Junior or JJ.

I love initial nicknames lol.
