For girls you could do: Leia Alisamber (I made up the middle name and I'm finished having children as far as I know---we have three boys---so I might as well share these ideas!)
Learsi (I made up this one, too; it's Israel backwards!)I think it sounds cool!
Ariel is a nice name with significant meaning; and you could pronounce it a couple of different ways (which may be annoying if she's always having to correct people, but you may love the name!)

Lorelai is a wonderful name! These all are L or A names so far to go with your daughter's initials.
Twila is beautiful and very unique, but I don't think it's off the deep end.
