Need a strong female name! (1 viewing) (1) Guest
|
By sprout47 4 Months, 2 Weeks Ago Hello, my husband and I have been looking for a strong female name, but we're pretty stumped. We want a name that would be good for a tough-as-nails businesswoman that puts all her coworkers in their place, but also work for a little girl. I also want a name that is easy to pronounce and spell (so not SUPER unusual) but not one of the top 50 names out there either. Many of the names I like are a little too feminine and not strong enough- like Sienna, Phoebe, Amara and Petra. The only names I've come up with that I think fit my strong criteria so far are Carmen and Anya, but they just don't "do it" for me. (I like Victoria and Zoe too, but they are too popular

By sprout47 4 Months, 1 Week Ago Congratulations on your little girl! Yes, Sienna is one of our favorites, and it's a very sweet name! I do like many of the suggestions here though, like Maeve and Gia. (Gia as a NN for....Gianna?)

By efflow 4 Months, 1 Week Ago What about Emory for a girl? I really like it because it's unheard of but easy to spell and pronounce.
Also: Harlynn Blaire Makenna Wynter Ava Jolie Those are just a few of my picks.
