WOW!! You are so lucky, just remember everything happens for a reason and this was meant to have happened!!
Like you said at least your son is a toddler or very young child, so he will help out quite alot, so will your husband & family. Dont you have a close friend or mother/mother in law who could move in with you for the first few mths after the birth to help out ect- help out while you rest or help with feeds ect.
Sure you'l be feeling worried and nervous, we all would be. But once your babies arrive it will all just click into place for you and you will be sure to amaze yourself at how well you are doing. Just remember to take help if you need it or if someone offers it, talk to ppl about your emotions ect if you are having a off day or if things gett a little too much, but most importantly make sure you have lots of rest!!

I wish you and your babies the best of luck, just remember god has blessed you with this many babies because you are special!

Take a deep breath and buy a breast pump. And I saw on one of those muliples shows some bottles that have straws so you don't have to hold them up. Maybe you could look on line for those. Also, when ever some comes to vist or help have them bring food; you'll need to eat 500 extra calories per baby. I don't know if Jon and Kate breastfeed but one of the other shows with multiples did and I think I remember hearing they have website. Maybe they talk about it on there. Good luck.
