alright, I REALLY need some help. I started writing another novel, in addition to the one I already started, and I need ideas on names. they can be guy or girl, it doesn't matter, as long as there unique, and unusual. like, not REALLY strange, just uncommon, but still sound good. (please, no Helga, or Meduesa, or some other creepy name.) I just want a list of names I can use for the characters I have so far, and future ones. PLEASE give me some suggestions!

What kind of novel and what kind of characters?

Always good info! Generally, the first big thing you learn about a character in a book/story is their name/appearence, so the mental image should fit the name, so that any modifications to personnality for the reader are not significant. Does that make sense? So, any descriptions?

I'm currently writing a story and I need some character names, I have descriptions but I would much prefer to start a new topic on it, but I'm not sure how to post a new topic. Can anyone guide me to posting a new topic?

hmmm, type of book. umm, well it's set in a sort of modern, alternate universe. like there's a lot of things similar in this world like in ours, but there's like a little bit of magic, and then there's going to be a few supernatural beings. so it's a fiction novel, basically.

descriptions:
main character (girl): brown hair, Aqua marine eye's, tall and rail-thin, very athletic.

girl: thick curly, shoulder length ebony brown hair, brown eye's, extremly curious, mature for her age.(which is 9)

girl: long sunflower blond hair, small nose, very shy and sweet, baby blue eye's. age 7

girl: straight, thin, copper red hair, sharp green eye's and nose, spiteful.

boy: messy dark brown hair, black eyes, has a very negative attitude. (note: for this character, I want a name that will sound good if somebody screams it.)

um, I think that's about it. and to answer iiheartfamily's question, to post a new topic, just scroll to the top of this page, and there a should be a bar, that has the words "baby names, pregnancy, and parenting, and first year" across the top. beneath each there's two choices to click on.
