When I first read this name I thought it was pronounced Kee-Sha. Then I saw the episode of American Idol where the singer Kesha performs and they pronounced it Keh-Sha and I like it better that way. I looked it up and it wasn't in the top 1,000 for any decade other than the '70s where it was #617. What do you think of it? Do you think it will get more popular as the singer becomes more well known?
Would you name your daughter this?

Kesha an okay name, I like it pronounced Keh-sha. I wouldn't name my daughter this, but only because it's not my style of name.

I also don't think it'll grow in popularity, but you never know.

I first thought it was "KEE sha" also. I like the pronunciation "KEH sha" much better. I generally don't like the letter H in a name, unless it's the beginning letter, so it would not work for me to name my daughter this. But it seems like a cool name!

I don't like the name pronounced as Key-Sha, or Keh-Sha. Keh-Sha reminds me of the singer (whatever you wanna call her) Ke$ha. Who can't really sing, and is make tons of money for just speaking words about stuff that barely makes any sense. I thinkk that's most of the reason why I don't like it said that way.. and for the fact that when I hear Kesha, not the singer, just the name, I somehow think of Ketchup. :/.
